HOW THE PILOT WORKS

GO-FOR Community Pilots are designed to explore how trusted, non-medical errand and personal assistance services can support residents and households—without requiring your organization to build or manage an internal errand program.

01 — START THE CONVERSATION

Tell us about your community, the people you serve, and the everyday needs you would like to address.

Our first conversation is exploratory. There is no obligation to participate.

02 — REVIEW THE FIT

GO-FOR reviews the proposed service area, requested services, scheduling expectations, operational capacity, and resident needs.

Not every request or community will be suitable for the initial Pilot. We prioritize opportunities where we can deliver services reliably and responsibly.

03 — DEFINE THE PILOT

If there is a mutual fit, we work together to establish the proposed Pilot scope, eligible services, communication procedures, scheduling expectations, and responsibilities.

No Pilot begins until the applicable arrangements and operating boundaries have been confirmed.

04 — LAUNCH + LEARN

Once the Pilot is approved and operationally ready, GO-FOR can begin accepting eligible requests within the agreed scope.

We monitor service performance, communication, completion documentation, and feedback to determine whether adjustments or future expansion make sense.

WHO THIS PILOT IS FOR

GO-FOR partners with communities exploring practical ways to support residents, families and staff—without creating an internal errand program.

APARTMENT COMMUNITIES

Offer residents a practical convenience amenity for everyday errands, returns, pickups and shopping support.

GO-FOR can begin as a resident resource, information session or controlled community Pilot.

INDEPENDENT-LIVING COMMUNITIES

Help residents preserve their time and independence by providing trusted support for everyday errands outside the community.

Residents request and approve their own Runs while GO-FOR handles the running around.

ASSISTED-LIVING COMMUNITIES

Provide supplemental, non-medical errand support for eligible resident and caregiving-family needs.

GO-FOR follows community access, communication and direct-handoff requirements and does not replace facility or clinical services.

A SMALL PILOT. CLEAR BOUNDARIES. USEFUL INSIGHT.

Together, we can test resident interest, understand recurring needs and determine whether GO-FOR is a practical fit for your community.

WHAT CAN RESIDENTS REQUEST?

From a single pickup to several compatible errands completed in one coordinated route, GO-FOR helps residents spend less time running around.

Every request is reviewed before service is confirmed, and the resident receives a clear quote for approval.

ELIGIBLE PRESCRIPTION PICKUP

Authorized-agent pickup for eligible prescriptions, followed by direct handoff to the approved recipient.

Special-handling prescriptions are not included during the Pilot.

RETURNS + SHIPPING

Retail returns, prepaid packages and eligible UPS, FedEx or post-office drop-offs—with receipts or completion confirmation when available.

SHOPPING + SUPPLIES

Groceries, household essentials and other approved purchases based on the resident’s list, budget and substitution preferences.

PICKUP + DROP-OFF

Dry cleaning, preordered purchases, documents and other eligible items that need to travel from one approved location to another.

SIGNATURE GO-FOR RUN

Several compatible errands combined into one coordinated route—one request, one clear quote and less running around.

Service depends on the request details, Pilot area, scheduling availability, item requirements and community access or handoff rules. GO-FOR provides non-medical errand support and does not provide personal care, medical transportation, medication administration or emergency services.

REQUESTS ARE REVIEWED FOR FIT
